Meet Dr. Kizer

Dr KizerDr. Kizer at work

Dr. Lewis Kizer
"In 1980, I received my optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.  Since then, I have been in practice in Milan, Tennessee where my wife and family are faithful in helping me with the practice."

The Board of Optometry has Certified me as a therapeutic optometrist with full privileges. As a primary care optometrist, I treat people ranging from infants to to elderly (some over 100 years of age).  This includes treating people in other countries on mission trips, where I have examined eyes and dispensed glasses for people in the Caribbean and
Costa Rica.

It is truly a blessing to me to serve others with their vision needs.

Wow! A new toy! Torturing an innocent patient, Doc? Don't hurt him, Doc!

Gee, I wonder why he left?
Each examination room has a computer that is part of the office network. While you are sitting there, I analyze and show you your information that was gathered by the diagnostic equipment in our office, on the computer monitor in the examining room. Using a Slit Lamp biomicroscope, I am able to see the various structures of your eye under magnification. It's an awesome sight! My assistants will capture a great deal of information using many different pieces of diagnostic equipment in our office. This information is stored digitally on computer and is available throughout our network. The examination is actually painless, I promise!!!

-No animals or trees were harmed in the production and display of these pictures.
The doctor's son-in-law was only slightly inconvenienced.-
